In order to complete your reservation you must place a non-refundable deposit at least 48 hours in advance of your event. You may use your deposit to reschedule your event up to 4 days in advance of your original event date.

Yes, we can only hold an event space up to 48 hours after booking, but this can depend on the event date. A non-refundable deposit is required to guarantee your reservation in our facility for the day of your event. After 48 hours, the reservation will be canceled unless the deposit has been completed.

You are more than welcome to bring your own cake or cupcakes! Keep in mind we serve ice cream and cookies/brownies for dessert, depending on the package, so ice cream cakes are not recommended.

Absolutely, you can bring your own decorations! However, decoration choices must be mindful of our event area staying clean and safe. Confetti, glitter, silly strings are not permitted.

We will provide silverware, plates, napkins, and all serving utensils needed for your party as well as some birthday decorations with balloons. We also offer electronic invitations upon request.

All event packages have a standard 2 hour duration. After your party ends you are expected to clear the event area unless you have paid to extend your time. Contact our event manager for details.

You are welcome to stay in our facility in the gaming area or keep celebrating by the bar area. Tables are first come first served.

All of our standard party packages include 10 guests and can have a maximum of 30 guests. If you need to book a larger party or a custom event please contact our event manager here

Seating, food and beverage accommodations are guaranteed for the numbers of guests of your reservation. Number of guest will be reconfirmed 48 hours prior to your event. If your guest count increases the day of your event we will attempt to accommodate to the best of our ability, subject to additional fees, and cannot be guaranteed.

All of our packages include up to 10 guests. For any party larger than 10 people we require a final headcount 48 hours prior to your event. You'll be charged for this final count of guests and can not be refunded.

Food and seating is provided based on headcount and birthday package. If you have parents or other last minute guests we have a bar area where parents can gather and order from our menu. If you expect additional guests we recommend pre-ordering additional pizza, food platters or beverage packages. Additional tables are available based upon availability for an additional fee.
